About The Work

 

The Work of Byron Katie is a simple personal development tool for individuals to explore underlying beliefs and mindsets that limit personal growth. The Work, as self-inquiry, can transform the way we think and act in our daily life. It supports us to discover our strengths and transform our perceived weaknesses. The Work can lead to:

 

  • Reduced stress and anxiety
  • Improved personal and work relationships
  • Clearer decision making
  • Improved sense of well-being
  • New resolutions to difficult situations

      

 

The Work is four questions applied to any stressful concept or belief, e.g. "They don't appreciate me", "I am not treated fairly", "I can't trust my him/her.  The Work provides an opportunity to question each concept and discover increased clarity that allows you to live and work more effortlessly.

2.   Can you absolutely know it's true?

3.   How do you react, what happens when you believe that thought?

4.   Who would you be without that thought?
