Wendy has extensive experience of working with a wide range of organisations including small and growing businesses, not-for-profit organisations and government. Wendy Davidson has the capability and knowledge to mentor CEO’s, directors, senior managers and key members of staff in any organisation.

She will provide a new perspective and share her experiences of over 18 years as a management consultant.  Using her strong personnel and people skills, Wendy will engage with you and your team to act as a trusted advisor and support new ways of working.

Mentoring is usually undertaken face to face, via telephone or Skype and encompasses:


  • Determination of your needs for change and aspirations (work and/or personal)
  • Facilitation and enquiry of your thought processes to identify issues and solutions
  • Setting goals and strategies to support growth and lasting change
  • Supportive, non-judgemental and a caring regard for your beliefs and aspirations
  • Evaluation of outcomes using a range of meaningful measurement techniques
